Initial Comments:
An unannounced onsite follow up conducted on 3/6/24, found that Healthcare for Kids PA had corrected the deficiencies cited under Act 54 of 1999, The Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Center Act, 35 P.S. Section 449.61. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state licensure survey conducted on 11/14/23 and a follow up survey conducted on 1/26/24.
